Permanent Web Developer Opportunity (JS / CSS)

Great stable permanent position available for a web developer with extensive JavaScript, CSS, and XHTML experience in the Charlotte NC area!

Our client has several new web development projects and is searching for a mid-level developer with an expertise in JavaScript. This developer will be creating a complex Web UI for several high traffic websites.

This position is permanent and offers great benefits and a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities
-Develops, tests, implements and supports custom developed application systems. Applications are created using CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
-Modifies application systems to deliver defect fixes and enhancements based on assigned tickets.
-Develops enhancements to applications based on approved software enhancement requests, using change control system to track change tickets completed.
Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years of web application development experience utilizing JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS -Full system life cycle development, system quality assurance, business process redesign is desirable.

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced web developer. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a high-quality team that is responsible for ongoing enhancements to a large-scale, customer-facing website.

Qualifications:
Experience building XHTML / CSS based web pages for high traffic websites
Experience customizing CMS tools using C#.
Expert-level command of hand-coded, standards compliant, cross-browser supported JavaScript and CSS2
Ability to provide significant input to user interface and look and feel functionality requirements
Ability to understand and manage the needs of web designers, web producers, and web developers
Ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems and methodologies
