We currently have a great opportunity with a growing company in the Charlotte area for a Senior Information Architect.This position offers a great salary between $90,000 and $100,000 plus great benefits.

As an integral part of the User Experience team you will collaborate closely with designers, technology, marketing, and business stakeholders on concept generation through final implementation of web properties.

Requirements - Experience working as an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or User Experience Designer. - Understanding of user centered design and ability to act as an advocate for the customer through the entire design process- Prior experience in retail, advertising, product development, e-commerce or related field. - Previous experience with usability testing including preparation, execution and analysis. - Familiarity with current user experience and usability research, theories, best practices and methodologies. - Should be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

-Modifies application systems to deliver defect fixes and enhancements based on assigned tickets.

Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years of web application development experience utilizing JavaScript, XHTML, and CSS -Full system life cycle development, system quality assurance, business process redesign is desirable.

Qualifications
· A minimum of 3 years of application development experience utilizing AJAX techniques
· Three years expert level using Javascript is required; Five years is desirable.
· One year using extJS or JQuery libraries is required.
· Full system life cycle development, system quality assurance, business process redesign is desirable.
