New opportunity for a Manager of Technical Services!

Permanent position*Salary: $90,000 - $100,000*Location: AtlantaThis position is management role over 8 help desk specialists that requires a significant technical background in some specialized areas. Qualified candidates MUST have a strong background in the following areas:

1. Citrix * including the ability to describe and solve technical issues

2. Wyse/Thin Client Technologies - Need to know how to configure Wyse devices and/or Wyse Device Manager and have worked in a Thin Client environment.

3. VISTA - experience building images with VISTA4. 3rd party encryption technologies for hard drives5.

Extensive network/server backgroundResponsibilities for this position include day-to-day management of your team, performance reviews, driving training of staff, researching new technology, improving documentation and tracking procedures, establishing escalation processes, managing vendors, evaluate technology problem trends and make corrections, and cost analysis.This is a critical role for our client and an immediate need.
